Basic requirements Qualification & Experience
- Age should be between 25 to 40
- Must have passed minimum 10 th grade
- At least 2 years of experience working in Supermarkets/Hypermarkets in Oman preferably in the FMCG sector
- Must have Oman Valid driving license
- Knowledge on writing ,reading and speaking in English, Malayalm , Hindi.Tamil (Arabic is a plus)
- Creative ability to make attractive displays
- Good selling & communication skills
- Good negotiation skills to acquire space (new space/listings etc)
- Team player and good interpersonal skills;
- Independent, organized and self-motivated;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Should be physically fit to carry light weights such as cartons /Rice sacks/Frozen food.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Should report to work as per outlet merchandising requirements( Usually 7 am to 5 pm ) followed by the daily report to HO .
- Display company products as per given guidelines
- Check expiries ( First Expiry First Out ) and rotate stocks with management approvals
- Should avoid expiries and damages of company products and inform( by writing ) sales executive .Manager before 6 month of expiry date
- Should work as per the given journey plan approved by Head Of Sales / Executive
- Should deviate from above Journey Plan only to attend deliveries
- Support sales executive in collecting LPOs in his absence in the outlet to increase sales and achieve given targets
- Should be willing to travel /work in any part of Oman

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to handle Chilled, Frozen , Dry food and non food products in HORECA & retail sectors.
Basic requirements ,Qualification and experience
- Age should be between 30 – 40
- Must have passed minimum 12 th standard ( Bachelors /MBA is a plus )
- Good command of English in both written & spoken and should be able to communicate in Malayalam , Hindi Tamil ( Arabic is a plus )
- Must have worked in Capital ( Muscat ) Minimum 3 Years in HOREA ( Poultry , Frozen Food ) and 2 years in Modern Trade
- Must have valid Omani driving license
- Should have positive mindset and positive attitude to grow .
- Ability to work under pressure
- Should be physical fit to travel
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve top line targets from existing customers and bring new customers.
- Build a sustainable customer base with relationships and develop HORECA business
- Customer acquisition & retention ,find credit worthy customers to grow the business
- Payment followup and timely collections
- Should work as per weekly plan followed by daily report .
- Participate with senior management in strategic and tactical planning
- Listing products in modern trade outlets
- Collect orders from MT outlets , ensure visibility as per the planograms
- Supervise merchandisers ,review their work daily basis
- Conduct market surveys and provide feedback to management as an when is required .
